What is Home Staging? Home Staging is the term now widely used to describe the process of getting your home ready for sale by ensuring the presentation is the best it can be. But Professional Home Staging is much more than painting it all neutral and clearing the clutter!

For many home sellers and Real Estate Agents the concept of "Professional Home Staging" is being increasingly recognized and used to effectively promote and market a home in the marketplace. Homes that are “Staged” sell faster and for more money!  This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in the property. This will then lead to selling the home for the highest possible price in today's market. 

We work with our clients to deliver a plan that is achievable for them. Recommendations are prioritized in order of importance based on cost and time considerations, so homeowners know where emphasis should be placed. When homeowners understand that these changes will aid them in selling their home faster and at the best price they typically are energized to “come on board” with the project. Many homeowners execute their “stage” based on the information of a single consultation.

Our stagers are practiced in the art of preparing a home for resale. We work with the "flow" of a home, eliminate clutter, edit out and re-arrange furniture, and even assist in enhancing curb appeal. With the aid of our professional stagers, your listing can make a notable first impression on potential homebuyers.

Services Offered:

Initial Consultation: The Initial Consultation includes a one hour “in-home” consultation with recommendations for presentation improvements. A room by room assessment is done focusing on key areas to help the home show its best. The homeowner is given professional recommendations along with the “Staging Your Home for Resale” guide, including suggestions for each room and easily forgotten items. The fee is typically paid by the realtor as a sign-on perk for the homeowner. The homeowner may choose to purchase additional staging services. Fee: $75.00

Staging Services: Staging services vary upon the homeowners needs. We are here to help them do what they can do, and if they need assistance our team of professionals is here to help.

Staging services include: • Furniture placement • Closet Organization • Housecleaning • De-cluttering • Painting • Handyman services and furniture rentals can be arranged as needed. • Accessorizing.

A typical full day to place furnishings and organize is approximately $300 - $750 based on the home’s size and needs. As part of the initial consultation we will offer a custom quote to the homeowner based on their requests and needs.

Jill has also worked as a furnishings merchandiser, keeping her up to date with the latest furniture styles and trends.  Her degree in graphic design and strong sense of style (not to mention her cheerful personality) equip Jill with the expertise needed to bring the "joy that comes with good design" to her clients.
